• no health concerns to participate in the water sports activities
• no breathing / respratory related problems
• no heart related disease
• no high or low blood pressure issues 

Cancellation or rescheduling is allowed only as per the service provider’s policy.

Water Sports Consent & Safety Disclaimer:

• I / we voluntarily agree to participate in the above-selected water sports activities conducted by KFour Apartment & Hotels Pvt Ltd.
• I / we understand that participation involves risks including injury, accident, drowning, or equipment malfunction.
• I / we confirm that I have provided accurate information while booking and accept responsibility for any consequences due to incorrect details.
• I / we agree not to hold Kfour Apartments and Hotels Pvt Ltd liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues beyond their control.

I declare that:

• I / we reviewed all Activity, Service details and it’s cost carefully before confirming.
• I / we understood that all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• I / we understood that the Advance payment / booking fee (if applicable) is non-refundable.
• I am / we are physically fit and not suffering from any illness that may endanger me.
• I / we will follow all safety instructions, rules, and directions of the instructors and lifeguards.
• I / we agree to wear all mandatory safety gear (life jackets, helmets, etc.).
• I / we understand that failure to follow safety instructions may result in cancellation of my activity without refund.
• I / we authorize the service provider to provide first aid or emergency medical care if needed.
• I / we understand that the activity may be cancelled or postponed due to bad weather or safety concerns.
• I / we consent that photos or videos taken during the activity may be used by the resort for promotional or safety purposes.

Legal & Liability Conditions:

• I / we agree to participate at my own risk.
• I / we confirm that I have provided the exact, clear & valid contact details in this form.   
• KFour Apartment & Hotels Pvt Ltd, its Owners, Management, and Staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or death occurring during participation, except for proven gross negligence.
• I / we agree to indemnify and hold the service provider(s) harmless against all claims, damages, or expenses arising from my participation.
• I / we understand that no refund is applicable once the activity has started.
• I / we confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all the terms above.
